威力恒VLH-H妇科不孕症治疗仪配合暖宫贴治疗输卵管阻塞的临床观察

Treatment of Fallopian Tube Obstruction by Using VLH-H Infertility Instrument Combined with Warm Uterus Paste:A Clinical Observation

目的探讨威力恒VLH-H妇科不孕症治疗仪配合暖宫贴治疗输卵管阻塞的临床效果及安全性。方法将120例患者根据输卵管阻塞不通的情况分成阻塞(40例)及通而不畅(80例)两组,通而不畅患者根据输卵管阻塞程度的情况再分成轻度及重度两个亚组,每组40例。观察治疗前后、术中患者临床症状改善情况、输卵管通畅情况及输卵管通畅后一年内受孕情况。结果经治疗转为输卵管通畅者97例,经治疗转为通而不畅者8例(其中1例为异位妊娠,住院后予保守治疗),不通者15例,总有效率约87.5%,治愈率约8.3%。结论通过威力恒VLH-H妇科不孕症治疗仪配合暖宫贴对输卵管阻塞或通而不畅患者进行输卵管疏通,具有良好的效果及安全性。

Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety in the combined treatment of fallopian tube obstruction by using VLH-H infertility treatment instrument and warm uterus paste. Methods According to the extent of fallopian tube obstruction, 120 cases were divided into obstruction group （40 cases） and passable but not smooth group （80 cases）. The 80 cases （the passable but not smooth group） were further divided into two sub-groups： slight sub-group and serious sub-group, with 40 cases in each. The improvement of the clinical symptoms and the fallopian tube patency before and after treatment and in operation as well as pregnancy within one year after the fallopian tube patency were observed. Results In 120 cases, 97 cases converted to tube patency after treatment and 8 cases converted to accessible but not smooth fallopian tube and 15 cases were obstructive fallopian tube, with the total effective rate of 87.5% and the curative rate was 8.3%. Conclusion Hang VLH-H infertility treatment instrument combined with warm uterus paste has a good effect and safety in the treatment of fallopian tube obstruction.
