血清胱抑素C在诊断早期糖尿病肾病中的作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨血清胱抑素C(CystatinC)在诊断早期糖尿病肾病中(DN)的应用价值,比较血清CystatinC与血清肌酐(SCr)、内生肌酐清除率(CCr)和24h微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)的相关性。方法检测52例糖尿病患者与50名健康对照者的SCr、UAER与血清CystatinC,并计算CCr。结果血清CystatinC与SCr、CCr及UAER均与糖尿病呈显著相关(P<0.01),且血清CystatinC与CCr相关性优于SCr与CCr相关性,并与SCr方向一致,同时还优于UAER与Ccr相关性。结论血清CystatinC对糖尿病患者肾功能损害的早期诊断具有积极意义和临床价值,值得推广。
