CH_4重整制取合成气机理对比与探究

摘要 CH_4的重整反应对天然气工业和生态环保有着决定性的影响,科学实验研究发现CH_4有多种途径可以转化为合成气(CO和H_2),其机理和可行性不尽相同。针对不同途径,从催化剂积碳、反应条件、产率等多方面进行对比分析,比较水蒸气重整、自热重整和二氧化碳重整的优缺点,对实验研究具有一定的指导意义。 The reforming reaction of CH4 has a decisive influence on gas industry and ecological protection. Scientific experiments find that in many ways CH4 can be converted into synthesis gas (CO and H2) with different mechanism and feasibility. Various means such as catalytic carbon deposition, reaction conditions, yield, etc. have been analyzed and compared and comparisons of advantages and disadvantages for steam reforming,, autothermal reforming and carbon dioxide reforming have been carried out, which will provide a certain guiding for the future experimental research
