摘要
供应链协同是供应链管理中的关键,供应链上不同阶段的决策者要安排产品的生产、配送顺序。对供应链排序理论及模型稍作介绍,分析了供应链管理中多制造商、多客户的生产和运输集成起来的排序(调度)问题。用工件的总完工时间和运输成本作为排序目标,建立了集成排序模型,解决使总费用达到最小的问题,给出相应的多项式时间算法,推广了前人的成果。
Supply chain coordination is a critical issue in supply chain management. Makers of the decisions must consider how to schedule the production and distribution. We consider tile scheduling problem in supply chain with multiple manufacturers and suppliers in this paper. A precise mathematical scheduling model is first established. Moreover, based on the optimal condition analysis the problem to minimize the total cost is solved. The algorithm is proved to be efficient by some examples. We have extended the present results in the paper.
