摘要
当前,我国高等教育的大众化及高等教育改革的不断深化,对大学生的价值观念、素质状况、个体需求等都产生了深刻的影响。在高校学生工作中,适时地引入柔性管理,不仅是“以人为本”的管理思想的价值体现,也是促进高校精神文明建设和提升学生工作水平的迫切需要。
Presently, the higher education's popularity and the reform's deepening have profound influence on university students" value idea, the quality condition and the individual demand. In the student work of the university, introduction of the flexible-management is not only the value of " people-first" management concept, it can also meet the demands of promoting the university cultural and ethical progress and the student work level.
