普罗布考治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效及脂联素观察

Observation on probucol in treating early diabetic nephropathy and the alteration of adiponectin

目的观察普罗布考治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效及脂联素变化。方法将患者随机分成两组,在良好控制血糖、血压基础上,治疗组加用普罗布考0.5 g,2次/d(口服),对照组不用普罗布考,连续用药12周。治疗前后监测空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、C反应蛋白、脂联素、24 h尿微量白蛋白定量,计算胰岛素敏感指数。结果治疗组治疗后胰岛素敏感指数、脂联素明显升高(P<0.01),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、C反应蛋白、24 h尿微量白蛋白定量下降(P<0.01),与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论普罗布考能够升高脂联素,明显减少尿微量白蛋白排泄,对早期糖尿病肾病有良好的治疗作用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of probucol in treating early diabetic nephropathy and the alteration of adiponectin. Methods 68 cases of early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group were given probucol 1.0/day while the control group was not given probucol,12 weeks as a treatment couse. The related factors of FPG, INS, LDL - C, CRP, adiponectin, 24 h UMA were observed before and after treating, measure insulin sensitivity index（ISI）. Results Compared before and after the treatment,probucol could remarkly improve ISI and adiponectin , decrease LDL- C, CRP, 24 hUMA and the ameliorate extent and statistic meaning（ P 〈 0.01 ）. There was remarkly difference between two groups after treating （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Probucol can obviously increases adiponectin and decreases UMA , so probueol can be regarded as one of the effective methods of treating early diabetic nephropathy.
