摘要
目的建立同时测定黄龙胶囊中4种蒽醌成分含量的方法,提高已有标准。方法采用Aglient XDBC18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),甲醇-0.05%磷酸(86:14)为流动相,流速:1.0 ml/min,柱温:35℃,检测波长:254 nm。结果芦荟大黄素在16.28~162.8μg/ml(r=0.9994),大黄酸在10.25~102.5μg/ml(r=0.9997),大黄素在10.89~108.9μg/ml(r=0.9996),大黄酚在14.95~149.5μg/ml(r=0.9999)线性良好;平均回收率分别为98.9%(RSD=0.67%)、99.3%(RSD=1.56%)、101.5%(RSD=2.53%)、100.9%(RSD=0.40%)。结论该方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于黄龙胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To simultaneously establish a HPLC method for the determination of Aloeemodin, Rhein,Emodin and Chrysophanol in the Huanglong capsule. Methods The determination was performed on Aglient XDB C18 column (250 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm)with mobile phase consisted of methanol -0.05% phosphoric acid (86:14 )at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The UV detection wavelength was set at 254 nm and column temperature: 35 ℃. Results The calibration curves were linear in the range from 16.28 - 162.8 μg/ml (r = 0. 9994 )for Aloeemodin, from 10.25 - 102.5 μg/ml (r = 0. 9997 ) for Rhein, from 10.89 - 108.9μg/ml ( r = 0. 9996 ) for Emodin and from 14.95 - 149.5μg/ml ( r = 0. 9999 ) for Chrysophanol. The average recovery was 98.9% ( RSD = 0.67% ) ,99.3% ( RSD = 1.56% ), 101.5% ( RSD = 2.53% ), 100.9% ( RSD = 0.40% ). Conclusion The determination method is simple, reliable, accurate, and it can be used for qual-ity control of Huanglong capsule.
