摘要
目的观察高压氧(HBO)治疗自然灾害及交通事故造成肢体创伤并厌氧菌感染的治疗效果。方法对其造成的21例肢体创伤并厌氧菌感染加用HBO治疗,并以常规治疗的21例作为对照。结果 HBO治疗组在肢体创伤后骨折愈合、植皮、皮瓣转移成活率明显提高,HBO治疗组明显优于对照组。结论 HBO治疗可以促进肢体骨折的愈合,提高断指(肢)再植和植皮、皮瓣转移的成活率。
Objective To explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygenation（HBO） in treatment of trauma with anaerobes infections in limb by natural disasters and traffic accidents. Methods 21 cases with anaerobes infections in limb were treated with HBO comprehensive treatment, another 21 cases were only treated with conventional treatment as control ＇group. Results The healing of fracture, survival rate in skin replantation after digit - severed and flap transfer were significantly raised. Conclusion It is showed that HBO treatment may promote the healing of fracture, raise the survival rate of skin replantation and flap transfer.
