执行新生儿窒息复苏新指南的效果分析

目的分析执行新生儿窒息复苏新指南的效果,评价新指南在抢救窒息新生儿中的临床意义。方法按新指南的复苏策略、要点,对笔者所在医院全体产科、儿科及相关人员进行系统培训,要求复苏人员在抢救窒息新生儿的过程中规范操作并详细记录,包括复苏的时程、气管插管的指征及次数、胸外心脏按压的指征、胎粪吸引的实施以及用药等。结果执行新指南后窒息新生儿的复苏效果与执行新指南前比较,窒息新生儿的平均复苏持续时间缩短,气管插管的一次性成功率提高,用药明显减少,组间差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。另外,窒息新生儿的病死率从8/312(2.51%)减少至4/324(1.23%)。结论执行新生儿复苏新指南能有效提高窒息新生儿的抢救成功率,减少致残率。

Objective To analyze the effect of neonatal asphyxia recovery new guidelines, evaluation of new guidelines on the clinical significance of neonatal asphyxia rescue. Methods The new guidelines of recovery strategy, points, to the production, paediatrics and relevant personnel training system, the requirements in the rescue personnel neonatal asphyxia recovery process of standard operation and detailed records, including the recovery and tracheal intubation indications and fre- quency, chest outside heart pressure, tire dung and attract etc. Results After the implementation of new guidelines of neo- natal asphyxia and execute new guidelines recovery of neonatal asphyxia, before the average recovery, shorten the duration of one - time endotracheal intubation, drugs significantly reduced rate, there is a significant difference between groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Another suffocation of neonatal mortality has decreased from 8/312 （2.51% ） to 4/324 （ 1.23 % ）. Conclution Execute new guidelines neonatal recovery of neonatal asphyxia can improve the success rate, reduce morbidity rescue.
