开窗减压术在颌骨囊肿治疗中的应用

Fenestration in the treatment of the large jaw bones cysts

目的评价开窗减压术在大型颌骨囊肿中的应用。方法选择16例符合条件的颌骨囊肿的患者,采用开窗引流术治疗,定期复查全景片观察囊肿变化情况。结果 16例患者随诊9～24个月,囊腔逐渐被骨组织代替,无不良并发症。结论开窗减压术手术简单,保持了颌骨的完整性,是临床治疗大型颌骨囊肿的有效方法。

Objective To evaluate the effect of fenestration on the large jaw bones cysts. Methods 16 cases with el- igible patients were treated with fenestration technique for intraoral decompression. Taking stomopanorama periodically were employed to assess the growth behavior of jaw bones in the cysts. Results By periodically observing the cysts cavity from 9 to 24 months after the operation. The cysts cavity had been gradually replaced by the new - born bones ,with no adverse complications. Conclusion The fenestration is a simple surgical approach with few complications which can keep the integrity of jaw bones and not affect the agenesis of jaw,and is an effective method to treat the large jaw bones cysts.
