缬沙坦联合美托洛尔对充血性心力衰竭患者心室重构的影响

摘要 目的 观察缬沙坦联合美托洛尔对慢性充血性心力衰竭（CHF）患者心室重构的影响.方法 将96例CHF患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予常规药物治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上口服缬沙坦和美托洛尔,总疗程6个月.结果 治疗后,治疗组LVEDD、LVESD显著下降,而LVEF显著增加,与对照组比较,差异均具有显著性（P＜0.05）.结论 缬沙坦联合美托洛尔治疗CHF能很好地预防左室重构,延缓心衰.
