摘要
文章在改进的MLD-10型冲击腐蚀磨损试验机上对W6Mo5Cr4V2进行了冲击磨损实验,通过对冲击磨损实验后试样的失重、SEM分析,得出淬火态W6Mo5Cr4V2具有较高的抗冲击磨损性能。SEM照片显示裂纹扩展方向平行于表面,W6Mo5Cr4V2冲击磨损机制为疲劳断裂。
W6Mo5Cr4V2 steel was impacted with a modified MLD-10 tester.Based on the weight loss and SEM analyses after impact wear testing,this paper points out that quenched W6Mo5Cr4V2 can resist the impact-wearing quite well.SEM photos show that the direction of crack propagation is parallel of the surface,and the mechanism of W6Mo5Cr4V2 impact-wearing is fatigue fracture.
