摘要
文章针对CAN总线和PC之间的通信"瓶颈"问题,提出了一种USB-CAN的转换通信模块,采用单片机PIC18F4550以及CAN总线控制器MCP2515和高速CAN收发器MCP2551来实现;介绍了各个模块之间的硬件接口电路,同时对固件编程以及USB驱动程序的设计进行了详细分析,目前该模块已成功应用于电脑横机控制系统中。
In order to solve the communication bottleneck problem existing between PC and CAN bus,this paper puts forward a design of USB-CAN communication module based on single-chip PIC18F4550,CAN bus controller MCP2515 and high-speed CAN transceiver MCP2551.The hardware interface circuit of each module is introduced,and the firmware programming and the USB's drivers are elaborated.The module has been successfully applied in the computerized flat knitting machine.
