复方甘草酸苷结合窄波UVB治疗寻常型银屑病的临床观察

Clinical observation on compound glycyrrhizin combined with narrow-band UVB in treatment ofpsoriasis vulgaris

目的观察复方甘草酸苷结合窄波UVB治疗银屑病的疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为3组,治疗组42例,给予复方甘草酸苷结合窄波UVB治疗;对照1组40例,单用窄波UVB治疗;对照2组38例,单用复方甘草酸苷治疗,4周观察疗效。结果治疗组有效率为97.6%,对照1组有效率为87.5%,对照2组有效率为68.4%,治疗组有效率明显高于其他两组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷结合窄波UVB治疗银屑病疗效好,无副作用。

Objective To observe the effect of compound glycyrrhizin combined with narrow-band UVB in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into three groups . The treatment group （n=42） was treated with compound glycyrrhizin combined with narrow-band UVB . The control group Ⅰ（n=40） was treated with narrow-band UVB alone and the control group Ⅱ （n=38） were treated with compound glycyrrhizin alone . Results The effective rates were 97.6% ,87.5% and 68.4% of the treatment group,control group Ⅰ and control group Ⅱ respectively . The effective rate of the treatment group was significatly higher than that of other two groups （P0.05）. Conclusion The combination of compound glycyrrhizin and narrow-band UVB is effecive in treating psoriasis with no side effects.
