综合疗法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病56例

Comprehensive therapy in treating 56 cases of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis

目的探讨运用综合疗法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法选择椎动脉型颈椎病56例应用中药外敷、针灸、拔罐及推拿等综合疗法治疗,疗程10d,观察患者眩晕、头痛等临床症状的变化。结果治疗后总有效率为98.21%。结论经临床观察,综合疗法治疗老年性椎动脉型颈椎病疗效显著。

Objective To explore the effect of combined therapy on vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.Methods 56 cases of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis were selected and treated with combined therapy including external application of traditional Chinese medicine ,acupuncture ,cupping glass and massage etc . for ten days treatment . Clinical symptoms such as dizziness and headaches were observed . Results The total effective rate was 98 . 21 % after treatment . Conclusion Combined therapy is effective in treating senile vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis .
