以上海所保存的自1847年以来的道契为研究对象,通过对优秀历史建筑人文历史的分析,将优秀历史建筑的形成、演变和发展的历史过程进行系统疏理,为优秀历史建筑的保护、修缮与管理提供技术依据和基础资料。

Taking the title deeds preserved by Shanghai since 1847 as research objects,by analysis of humanity history of excellent historical buildings,the article sys-tematically sorts out the historical process of formation,evolution and development of excellent historical buildings,which provides technical base and fundamental data for protection,repair and management of excellent historical buildings.
