一种用于产品检测的微电流测试方法

摘要 针对工业生产线上微电子产品整机消费微电流的快速、批量测试问题,依据工业生产线对产能与可操作性的要求,介绍了一种基于NI公司的LabVIEW软件平台快速搭建测试系统的方案。给出了整机微电流测试方法和测试电路,并对比电路原理模型,重点介绍了相应测试程序中电流计算参数的确定方法和步骤以及最后修正的具体方法。实际应用表明,测试系统运行良好、测量计算方法操作简单,能满足工业生产要求。 On industrial production lines,it is requested to rapidly measure micro-current consumption of integral product in batch production of the micro-electronic products.In accordance with the requirement of productive and operative capabilities of the industrial production line,the strategy of test system quickly established based on LabVIEW software platform from NI is introduced.The test method of micro-current and the test circuit are given,and comparing with the model of circuit principle,the determination method and procedures of current calculation parameters as well as specific final correction method in related test program are presented emphatically.The practice shows that the system and measurement calculation method are excellent and simplicity in operation to meet requirements in industrial production.
