超超临界发电机组温度测量保护管的强度计算

摘要 超超临界发电机组采用提高蒸汽的压力、温度以及中间再热技术等方式来提高发电效率,具有节能和环保双重效益。根据超超临界发电机组温度、压力、流速和四大管道材料变化等情况,基于材料力学理论,结合高温、高压、高流速蒸汽对温度计保护管的影响,从温度传感器保护管强度计算着手,对超超临界发电机组工况条件下的温度测量保护管使用强度安全性进行了评估分析,从而为温度测量保护管的设计、强度校核和改进提供了科学手段。 In ultra-super critical power units,in order to enhance the generating efficiency to implement energy saving and environment protection to meet wide marketing demands and excellent economical benefits,the technologies of increasing pressure and temperature of the steam,as well as adopting intermediate reheating are used.In accordance with the situation of variation of temperature,pressure,flow rate and four kinds of pipeline materials,and the theory of material mechanics;and combining with the influence of steam with high temperature,high pressure high flow rate upon the protection tubes of the temperature instruments,the safety of the operation strength for the protection tubes is analyzed and evaluated.Thus the scientific measures for designing the protection tubes,and their strength calibration and improvement are contributed.
