改性活性炭的烟气脱硫脱硝性能研究 被引量:17

摘要 采用浸渍法改性活性炭,低温吸附模拟烧结机烟气中的SO2和NO,研究了质量分数3%的HNO3改性活性炭表面官能团的变化及其吸附烟气中SO2和NO的性能。Boehm滴定结果表明:浸渍时间6 h,干燥温度130℃,干燥时间2 h得到的活性炭碱性基团增加最多,与傅里叶变换红外光谱分析结果相符。改性后的最佳活性炭,前60 s的脱硫率维持在90%以上,脱硝率在前20 s也达90%以上,再生后改性活性炭脱硫脱硝能力基本不变。 Impregnated activated carbon sorbent,the variation of its functional groups and the catalytic oxidation reaction for SO2 and NO in simulated flue gas were researched in laboratory.Activated carbon was impregnated with mass fraction 3% HNO3 in different conditions.Under the optimum conditions of impregnating time 6 h,drying temperature 130 ℃,and drying time 2 h,the activated carbon has the biggest increase of basic groups,which agrees with the results of FTIR.After modification,the efficiency of desulfurization and denitrification of the activated carbon stays above 90% in the first 60 s and 20 s,respectively.And the capacity of desulfurization and denitrification of modified activated carbon nearly remains the same after regeneration.
