负载AlCl_3催化剂合成挂式-三环[5.2.1.0^(2,6)]癸烷 被引量:5

摘要 采用液固反应法合成了负载AlCl3催化剂,用于催化桥式四氢双环戊二烯异构化合成挂式四氢双环戊二烯的反应。通过考察载体、负载量对催化剂活性的影响,选定SiO2作载体、负载量为60%的催化剂用于该反应;研究了负载催化剂用量、溶剂种类及反应时间对异构化反应的影响,得到了最佳反应条件:以挂式四氢双环戊二烯作溶剂,催化剂质量分数14%,反应时间2 h。在此条件下桥式四氢双环戊二烯的转化率为99%,挂式四氢双环戊二烯的选择性为97.9%。该过程反应后处理简单,环境友好。 Immobilized AlCl3 catalyst was prepared by liquid-solid reaction.Exo-tetrahydrodicyclopentadiene was synthesized by isomerization reaction with immobilized AlCl3 catalyst.The effect of supports and loading dosage on the catalytic activity was investigated,with SiO2 as support and 60% as loading dosage to synthesize exo-tetrahydrodicyclopentadiene.The effects of the reaction conditions on the isomerization reaction,such as immobilized catalyst dosage,types of solvent,reaction time were examined and the optimal conditions were obtained.Under such optimal conditions,as the catalyst mass fraction 14%,reaction time 2 h,the conversion can be 99%,and the selectivity of product can be 97.9%.The reaction process with immobilized AlCl3 catalyst shows that the treatment is simple and environment is friendly.
