摘要
设计了以SEP4020为核心处理器和μC/OS-Ⅱ为实时操作系统的多面体磨削控制系统,给出了该系统的硬件总体结构和软件构成,并详细分析了系统中几个关键任务的设计与实现方法,实现了对多面体研磨机的控制。实践表明,系统的整体性能稳定,加工效率高,易于升级和维护,具有较大的市场前景。
The polyhedron grinding control system based on ARM and μC/OS-Ⅱ,a kind of real-time operating system,was designed.The hardware and software structures of the control system were presented,and the design and implementation of some key tasks is analyzed in detail.The controlling of the polyhedron grinding machine was achieved.The experimental results show that the system is favorable for the stability and efficiency,it is liable to extend and maintenance,and the system has a broad application prospect.
