摘要
分析了锅炉暖风器在实际使用中存在的问题及系统设计。结合实例,计算了暖风器运行对锅炉热效率的影响。采用暖风器通常会导致锅炉热效率的下降,该设备的主要作用是避免锅炉尾部设备发生低温腐蚀。
The problems existing in actual application of air heater of boiler and the system design are analyzed. The influence of air heater operation on thermal efficiency of boiler is calculated with a case. Using air heater usually results in decrease in thermal efficiency of boiler. The primary role of the device is to avoid low-temperature corrosion in tail device of boiler.
