摘要
对新开发的双峰高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)薄膜专用树脂与国内外双峰及单峰薄膜树脂进行了对比研究,采用高温凝胶渗透色谱法表征了HDPE分子量及分子量分布,采用毛细管流变仪测定了HDPE表观黏度、剪切应力与剪切速率的关系,并测试了薄膜试样的拉伸强度和撕裂强度。结果表明,新开发的HDPE薄膜专用树脂与进口的双峰薄膜专用树脂相比,具有重均分子量、Z均分子量、分子量分布小的特点;加工性能与单峰分布的树脂相当,力学性能与双峰分布的树脂相当。
This article carried on the new developed two-peaks HDPE resin,compared with the import two-peaks and the domestic single-peaked resins.The research was associated with the HDPE's molecular weight and distribution by using the high temperature gelatin seepage chromatography.At the same time,the capillary rheometer was used to research the HDPE's apparent viscosity,the relationship of shear stress and shear rate.In addition,the film specimens' tensile strength and tear strength were tested.The result indicates that the heavy even molecular weight,the Z even molecular weight and the molecular-weight distribution of the new development HDPE resin is smaller than the import two-peaks resin.Its processability is similar to single-peaked resin and the mechanical property is similar to two-peaks resin.
