摘要
以聚醚多元醇(PPO330)和甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为原料,采用一步法发泡工艺,合成了一种泡沫孔结构较好、且具有较好吸油能力的聚氨酯软质泡沫材料。研究了催化体系、发泡剂、泡沫稳定剂和TDI指数等对其孔结构和吸油性能的影响。得到了最佳工艺条件,即:当TDI指数为100%,催化剂AN33为0.3份,二丁基二月桂酸锡为0.2份,发泡剂去离子水为3.0份,泡沫稳定剂为1.0份,制得的泡沫结构较好,对柴油的吸油率为14g/g。
Using polyether polyol(PPO) and toluene diisocyanate(TDI),the flexible polyurethane foam that had certain compressive resistance and high oil absorption was prepared by water-blown formulation adjustment.The effect of the catalysis system,water,the dosage of stabilizing agent,the TDI index and the reaction temperature on the structure of the polyurethane foam and the oil absorption property of flexible polyurethane foam was discussed.The result shows that the oil absorption effect of the foam is good when PPO is used,with the dosage of catalysis agent dibutyltindilaurate and AN33 content is 0.2% and 0.3% respectively,foam stabilizing agent is 1.0%,TDI index is about 100% and deionized water is 3.0%.The oil absorption property of the foam is about 14 g/g for diesel oil.
