玻璃纤维/云母改性环氧树脂/聚氨酯互穿网络聚合物的制备与性能 被引量:3

Preparation and Properties of Mill Glass Fiber/Mica Filled EP/PU Interpenetrating Polymer Network Composites

摘要 以端-NCO的聚氨酯(PU)预聚体与环氧树脂(EP)WSR-618为原料,制备了聚氨酯含量20%(质量分数,下同)的PU/EP互穿聚合物网络(IPN),并用不同含量的玻璃纤维,玻璃纤维/云母混合填料对其进行改性。考察了复合材料的拉伸、冲击、动态力学性能以及热分解性能,发现玻璃纤维增强复合材料的拉伸强度最大可提高4%,填料的加入使得复合材料的储能模量增大15%以上,热分解温度最大可提高15℃。并且,复合材料的性能变化与填料的种类、含量密切相关。 Isocyanate group terminated castor-oil-based polyurethane (PU) prepolymer and epoxy (EP) were used to prepare PU/EP interpenetrating polymer network (IPN).Then,glass fiber and glass fiber/mica were used as fillers to modify the PU/EP IPN materials.The tensile,impact and dynamic mechanical properties,as well as the thermogravimetric analysis,of the IPN composites were studied.It is found that the maximum tensile strength of glass fiber filled IPNs increases by 4%.The storage modulus increases by more than15% and decomposition temperature of the IPNs can be increased 15 ℃ by modified with the fillers.Besides,all the tested properties of the IPN composites are closely related to the types and contents of fillers.
