氯磺化聚乙烯增韧聚氯乙烯

Toughening Modification of PVC by Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene

摘要 以水相悬浮法合成的氯磺化聚乙烯作为增韧剂,采用熔融共混的方法制备了氯磺化聚乙烯/聚氯乙烯(CSM/PVC)共混物。考察了CSM含量对其拉伸和冲击性能的影响,并对其进行了动态力学分析和形态分析。研究发现,氯磺化聚乙烯和聚氯乙烯部分相容,氯磺化聚乙烯能够均匀地分散在聚乙烯基体中。随着CSM含量的增加,共混物的冲击强度先增加后降低,而拉伸强度则随着CSM含量的增加而降低。 Chlorosulfonated polyethylene(CSM) by aqueous suspension method synthesis as a toughening agent,blends of CSM/PVC were prepared by melt blending.Behaviors of tensile and impact as well as dynamic mechanics and morphology were studied.The results show that CSM and polyvinylchloride(PVC) are partially compatible and the CSM particles uniformly disperse in the PVC resins matrix.The impact strength of CSM/PVC blends increases and then reduces,while tensile strength of CSM/PVC blends decreases with the content of CSM increasing.
