闭合近似模型对短纤维增强塑料制品力学性能预测的影响

摘要 闭合近似模型对准确预测短纤维增强塑料制品成型中的纤维取向和力学性能起着至关重要的作用。为准确预测成型中的纤维取向,已提出了一些有用的闭合近似模型。然而,这些模型对于力学性能的影响则关注较少。文中利用实验测得的二阶取向张量数据,采用取向平均方法,对已有的闭合近似模型进行了测试。结果表明,改进的正交拟合近似模型最为接近实验结果,而广泛使用的混合近似模型与实验结果存在较大误差。 Closure approach is very important for accurately predicting the fiber orientation and mechanical properties of short-fibre-reinforced composites.Several closure approximation models have been developed to simulate the fiber orientation,but the effects of these models on material property predictions have received little attention in the literature.Based on the experimental second-orer orientation tensor,orientation averaging procedure was used to evaluate the effects of these existed closure approximation models.It is observed that the improved model of orthotropic closure approximations gives better results than the others.The hybrid closure approximations which are widely used give poor results comparing with experimental values.
