本文论述了国内外CDRS的发展状况,分析了我国CDRS在制度体制、服务管理上存在的问题,提出了适合我国国情的馆际联盟下三环分散型CDRS系统,论述了健全相关制度与法律法规、完善技术与搭建资源平台、采用灵活多样的服务方式、建立质量评价体系等利于CDRS运行顺畅、健康发展的相关内容。

This paper discussed the development situation of domestic CDRS,analyzed the CDRS in the system,service management problems,put forward the suitable for China＇s national conditions under the CDRS system interlibrary alliance three-ring scattered model,discussed the relevant laws and regulations,improved system and technology and built resource platform,adopted the flexible service mode,established quality evaluation system for CDRS running smoothly.
