丰田“召回门”对完善我国汽车召回制度的启示

摘要 在日本丰田汽车召回事件中,中外异常明显的差别待遇让许多国人愤怒与不解。针对我国现行法律法规进行分析,找出差距,借鉴美国汽车召回制度,我国应从内容上完善《缺陷汽车召回管理规定》以加强对消费者权益的保护。 In the Toyota recalled events,Sino-foreign obvious different treatment makes many Chinese people anger and puzzled.This paper will clarify the reason in detail,analyze our existing laws and regulations,find the difference and propose the improving suggestions to strengthen the protection of consumers' rights.
