摘要
汽车衡数据采集板确定作为汽车衡称重装置制备的一个重要环节,关系到整个采集系统的响应速度及精度等重要性能指标.本文给出了动态电子汽车衡数据采集选板的选择原则、工作原理、数据采集的方式,通过对采集板数据采集的数学理论描述的分析研究,给出了数据采集板采样、量化、编码的基本理论.为汽车衡数据采集板的开发设计和选用提供参考.
As an important link to the dynamic electronic weightometer installment preparation,data acquisition board parameter choice may influence such important performance indexes as the response speed,the precision and so on of the entire gathering system.The board selection principle,work principle and data acquisition way of the dynamic electronic weightometer to gather data were given in this paper.The basic theory of data acquisition board sampling,quantification and coding were proposed after analyzing the mathematics model of the data acquisition board,providing an example for the design of data acquisition board of dynamic electronic weightometer.
