摘要
随着CFRP在混凝土结构加固中的广泛应用,其防火问题引起关注.但是目前关于高温下CFRP加固构件的防火性能研究成果相对较少.本文以当前国内外研究成果为基础,用有限元程序对加固构件进行了高温下的传热分析和力学分析,运用有限元程序在计算机上再现了防火试验的全过程.研究了荷载比、CFRP加固量、防火材料厚度以及混凝土保护层厚度等因素对CFRP加固梁耐火极限的影响规律,并得到了采用超薄型防火涂料保护的CFRP加固钢筋混凝土梁的耐火极限,为CFRP加固砼梁的防火设计提供了依据.
With the popularity of structure's repairing and strengthening bonded by CFRP sheets,the fire endurance of CFRP strengthened structures has attracted more and more attentions.But researches on the fire resistance of CFRP strengthened structures are still relatively few.Based on the latest researches,and by mean of finite element software,thermal and mechanical analysis was carried out in this paper,and the whole fire procedure was simulated on computer.And more analyses on different conditions,such as on different load ratios,strengthening ratios,fire insulation thicknesses and thicknesses of concrete protective layer,etc,were conducted.Fire resistance of CFRP strengthened RC beams with ultra-thin fire-retardant coating were put forward,which would be helpful for the design of structure repairing.
