乙酰肝素酶在舌鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及其与肿瘤转移的关系

摘要 目的:探讨乙酰肝素酶(Hpa)在舌鳞状细胞癌(舌鳞癌)组织中的表达及其与肿瘤颈淋巴结转移的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测49例舌鳞癌患者手术标本和10例正常对照组标本的Hpa表达情况。结果:舌鳞癌组的Hpa表达水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05);恶性度高的舌鳞癌组明显高于低度恶性舌鳞癌组(P<0.05);有淋巴结转移的舌鳞癌组明显高于无转移舌鳞癌组(P<0.05)。结论:舌鳞癌Hpa表达高于正常组织,与肿瘤病理分级、临床分期及淋巴结转移呈明显相关关系。
