两种肠道准备方法在结肠镜检查前应用效果比较

The application of two methods for bowel preparation of patients before undergoing colonoscope examination

目的:探讨口服恒康正清在结肠镜检查前行肠道准备的效果,为临床提供一种满意的肠道准备方法。方法:采用随机分组方法,将128例患者随机分为恒康正清组和甘露醇组,以问卷法和观察法收集资料,比较2组结肠镜肠道清洁度评定分级。结果:口服恒康正清方法肠道清洁总有效率为95.6%,高于甘露醇组的85.0%(P<0.05)。结论:恒康正清清洁肠道效果显著,不良反应发生率低,操作性强,是一种较好的肠道准备方法。

Objective：To investigate the effect of orally taking Hengkangzhengqing on bowel preparation of patients before undergoing colonoscope examination.Methods：A total of 128 patients needed to carry out colonoscope were selected and divided into Hengkangzhengqing group and mannitol group randomly.The data were collected by questionnaire and observation methods.Then the scores of bowel preparation for colonoscope of the two groups were ranked and compared with each other.Results：The total effective rate of bowel cleaning with Hengkangzhengqing was 95.6%,which was higher than in mannitol group 85.0%（P0.05）.Conclusions：The effect of orally taking Hengkangzhengqing on bowel preparation is remarkable for patients.It has lower incidence of adverse reactions and is easy to manipulate.It is a good method for bowel preparation for patient s before colonoscope examination.
