摘要
提高高速砂轮强度的重要途径之一是改进陶瓷结合剂,提高结合剂的强度以及结合剂与磨粒的结合强度。本文对高速砂轮含硼结合剂在烧成温度为1 320℃、保温8 h的条件下进行了大量实验,探讨了陶瓷结合剂中硼玻璃含量不同以及钠长石、钾长石含量比例不同对高速砂轮强度的影响,结果表明:(1)在一般陶瓷结合剂中增加硼玻璃,能达到提高结合剂强度的目的;在试验范围内,随着硼玻璃含量的增加,"8"字块的抗拉强度和砂轮的平均破裂速度也提高;(2)在结合剂中其它成分含量相同的情况下,长石中钾长石、钠长石同时存在,且钠长石按0%、35%、50%依次增加,砂轮的平均破裂速度逐步增大,当钠长石和钾长石各占50%时,砂轮的平均破裂速度达到最高值。
An important way to improve the strength of high speed grinding wheel is to change the composition of the vitrified bond.This approach increases the strength of the vitrified bond itself and the adhesion between the abrasive grains and the vitrified bond.This paper analyzes the results from repeated experiments of high speed grinding wheel with vitrified bond that contains boron oxide.The vitrified bond is produced at the temperature of 1 320 ℃ for a duration of 8 hours.The paper also discusses the effect that different concentration of borax glass and the different proportion of potassium feldspar and albite have on the strength of high-speed grinding wheel.Within the range of the experiments,the results show that:(1) An addition of borax glass into the vitrified bond increases the strength of the vitrified bond.At the same time,the tensile strength of '8' shaped sample and the average fracture speed rate of the grinding wheel also increase as the concentration of borax glass increases;(2) when potassium feldspar and albite coexist and other contents of the vitrified bond are held constant,the average fracture speed rate of the grinding wheel increases along with an increase of albite concentration by 0 %,35 %,and 50 %.When the concentration of potassium feldspar and albite are both 50 %,the average fracture speed rate reaches its maximum.
