《汉语入门》的小说改编及其白话语体研究

The Study of the Rewriting for the Novels in 'Rudiments de Parleretcle Style Chinois' and Its Vernacular Style

法国耶稣会传教士戴遂良1892年编纂汉语教材《汉语入门》,书中选取中国小说《今古奇观》、《聊斋志异》、《家宝二集》,用当时通行的口语加以改写,反映了编者个人的文学观和语言观,同时又带有18世纪以来中国文学在欧洲影响的烙印和19世纪中国文学发展的新印记。该书为我们提供了典型的个案,将"五四"与晚清时期的白话文变迁相勾连,表明了晚清白话文与现代白话文衔接的可能性,对既有的论述构成了一定挑战,促使我们反思从晚清积蓄力量到"五四"最终爆发的文学革命中的其他源流,考察来自异质文化的白话文运动的推动因素。

Léon Wieger was a French Jesuit missionary.He published a Chinese language textbook in 6 volumes titled 'Rudiments de parler et de style chinois' in 1892.This French editor selected some Chinese venacular novels and rewrote them in colloquial language of the time.It reflects the editor's personal literary view and linguictic view.It results from the impact of Chinese literature from 18th-century Europe as well.Meanwhile it shows the new literary development in 19th century China.This Chinese textbook provides us a typical case to connect the vernacular reform in the late Qing period with the vernacular movement of the May Fourth Movement in 1919.It can be regarded as the pioneer of literature in the vernacular style and reminds us of thinking about other factors from western cultures to promote the Chinese vernacular movement.
