摘要
以115 V/10 A航空交流固态功率控制器(Solid State Power Controller,简称SSPC)为研究对象,提出了一种新的零电压开通拓扑结构,能快速检测过零点,简单可靠地实现软开关功能。设计了电流双重采样电路,实现全电流范围内的高精度采样,降低了大电流下SSPC的压降。完成了零电压开通、零电流关断、小电流可靠关断和短路迅速断开等功能,通过实验结果进行了验证。
This paper is concerned with 115 V/10 A aviation AC solid state power controller(SSPC),a new zero-voltage opening topological circuit is presented.It can quickly find the zero-voltage,reliably and simply achieve soft switching.A current double sampling circuit is designed.It makes the range of the current with high-precision sampling,reduces SSPC’s voltage drop in the big current.It achieves zero-voltage/zero-current switching,turns small current off reliably,and turns short current off quickly.The experimental results verify the study.
