摘要 采用脉冲单元叠加技术,设计了由10个相对独立的脉冲电源叠加构成的高压脉冲电源。应用同步驱动技术,实现了20 kV,峰值电流100 mA的高压脉冲输出。各脉冲电源单独采用独立的驱动模块控制,驱动信号由单片机控制产生相同的PWM脉冲信号。电源的性能指标为:脉冲电压幅值0~20 kV,脉冲占空比5%~40%可调,脉冲频率20 kHz,也可进行相应调节,脉冲电流最大幅值100 mA,最大额定功率2 kW。设计的电源可通过调节直流电压的大小来满足不同电压输出的要求。测试结果表明设计的电源运行稳定、可靠。最后提出一种采用多模块串并联叠加技术来提高功率的改进方案。 The series connected circuit structure with synchronous drive technology,which is composed of 10 relatively independent pulse power supplies,is used in order to acquire 20 kV high voltage pulse and 100 mA summit current.Each pulse power supply is using independent control of drive,drive signal is controlled by the single-chip microcomputer that produce the same PWM pulse signal.The output parameters of the power supply are as followed:the peak voltage is 0~20 kV,pulse duty cycle of 5%~40% can be adjustable,the pulse frequency of 20 kHz,can also be adjusted accordingly,the maximum amplitude current is 100 mA,the maximum rated power is 2 kW.Experiments demonstrat that the design of the power supply is stable and reliable.Finally,a kind of improved program on multi-modules series-parallel linear superposition is introduced to enhance power.
