Research on Economic Growth and Rural Poverty Problem in Shanxi

进入21世纪,山西经济发展与财政收入步入了快速发展轨道,但同期农村脱贫进程远远落后于经济发展速度。针对山西省特殊的自然经济环境和贫困分布特征,通过分析经济增长与减贫进程不同步的深层原因,提出了解决农村贫困的战略措施与政策建议。

In the 21st century, although the development of Shanxi economy and the financial income develop rapidly, meanwhile, the process of anti-poverty in rural areas is far behind the development of its economic. The importance of this thesis is Shanxi Province＇s special natural economic environment and the distribution of poverty characteristics. Analyzing the deep reason of nonsynehronous in economic growth and the process of poverty reduction, it puts forward strategic measures and suggestions to solve the rural poverty.
