嫁接方法和嫁接时间对大棚内甜樱桃授粉枝嫁接成活率的影响

摘要 为解决塑料大棚栽培的甜樱桃授粉树偏少问题,2006~2009年进行嫁接花枝试验。结果表明,在扣棚后温度白天控制在18℃~20℃,夜间大于5℃,相对湿度控制在75%~80%,嫁接适宜时间为扣棚升温5~12天。以交合嫁接法的成活率和接口完全愈合率最高;其次为双舌接法,两种嫁接方法适合应用;劈接、腹接、皮下接成活率和接口完全愈合率低,尽量不用。嫁接的花枝粗度要与被嫁接枝粗度相近,带有叶芽,当年嫁接能当年结果,不必进行蜡封、缚膜处理,省工省时。
