摘要
半煤气炉是以气体燃料燃烧加热钢件的窑炉,燃烧完全,飞灰在气化过程中被过滤,使烟气中粉尘含量低于230mg/m^3,黑度低于林格曼1级。文章介绍了新抚钢厂钎钢分厂所用半煤气炉的主要参数及设计计算。列举了优点和存在的问题。这项技术对中小型轧钢窑炉的改造具有推广价值。
The semi-coal gas furnace is a furnace using gas fuel to heat steel pieces with com- plete burning. The fly ash from the furnace is filtrated in the process of gassification. The content of dust in the gas is brought to below 230mg/m^3, the blackness is lower than that of the Ringelm Ann's Scale №.1. This paper presents main paraneters and design calculations of the semi-coal gas furnace used in the drill steal workshop of Xinfu Steel Works and illustrates the advantages and disadvantaesg. This technolo gais of much significant value in popularizing it in remoulding the small and melium-sized furnace.
