摘要
为了揭示榛资源小孢子的形成过程并为其开花结实特性研究提供依据,采用石蜡切片法对6个平欧杂种榛品种(系)(Corylus heterophylla Fisch.×C.avellana L.)和2份野生平榛(C.heterophylla Fisch.)资源的雄花序进行解剖观察。结果表明:榛小孢子形成过程可以划分为5个阶段,分别为造孢细胞发育期、小孢子母细胞发育期、减数分裂期、单核花粉粒形成期和成熟花粉粒形成期。观察中还证实,平欧杂种榛和野生平榛在小孢子发育时期和各时期特征上没有明显差异。平欧杂种榛和野生平榛资源的小孢子形成过程从形态学判断所需时间为2个月左右。
The male inflorescences of 6 hybrid hazelnut varieties(lines) bred from Corylus heterophylla×C.avellana and 2 wild Corylus heterophylla varieties were observed by using a paraffin section method to reveal the microspore formation process and flowering and seed-setting characteristics.The results showed that the microspore formation process could be divided into sporogenous cell development stage,microspore mother cell development stage,meiosis stage,mononuclear pollen grain formation stage and maturity pollen formation stage,and there was no obvious difference in microspore development stage and characteristics between hybrid hazelnut and wild hazelnut varieties.The whole microspore formation process of hybrid hazelnut and wild hazelnut varieties need about two months.
