摘要
为探索蓝莓优质苗综合培育技术,对蓝莓组培苗进行了培育技术研究。结果表明:蓝莓组培幼苗在温度15℃左右、湿度80%左右、12-20 d可达到炼苗驯化目的,炼苗适宜透光度为30%左右;优质成品苗培育初期移植选用T72、T50穴盘容器,基质选用腐殖菌根土+珍珠岩(3∶2);培育P+1苗型选用14 cm×14 cm塑料钵,基质选用腐殖菌根土+黄心土(4∶1),透光度以50%为宜,速生期用CO(NH2)23.42 g/m^2,Ca(H2PO4)24.7 g/m^2,K2SO41.43 g/m^2,微量元素肥(B、Mn、Zn、Cu)0.03 g/m^2配成液肥施用。
The results from studying the comprehensive culture technique of quality blueberry plantlets showed that the optimum condition for acclimating plantlets was 15℃,80% humidity and 30% transmittance for 12~20d,the plantlets were transplanted in T72 or T50 trays with 3 humic mycorrhiza soil ∶2 pearlite at preliminary culture stage,the plantlets were transplanted in a plastic pod(14cm×14cm)with 4 humic mycorrhiza soil∶1 yellow subsoil under 50% transmittance for culturing plantlets of P+1 type,and the plantlets at fast growth stage should be applied by fertilizer solution with 3.42g/m^2 CO(NH2)2,4.7 g/m^2 Ca(H2PO4)2,1.43g/m^2 K2SO4,0.03g/m^2 trace-element fertilizer.
