摘要
为制定贵州三叶木通药材的质量标准提供一定参考,分别采用原子吸收法和高温灰化法测定贵州三叶木通藤茎和果皮中矿质元素和灰分含量。结果表明:贵州三叶木通藤茎和果皮中总灰分含量符合《中华人民共和国药典》(2005版)一部的标准,但不同产地的含量差异较大,果皮中酸不溶性灰分平均含量高于藤茎;藤茎和果皮中均含丰富的矿质元素,其中Cu元素的平均含量在藤茎和果皮中均最低;藤茎中Ca元素的平均含量最高,果皮中K元素的平均含量最高,各矿质元素的含量在不同产地差异较大。说明,合理规划贵州三叶木通适宜生产区域对保证其药材品质具有重要的意义。
The content of mineral elements and ash in rattan and peel of Akebia trifoliate were determined by atomic absorption and high temperature ashing methods to provide a reference for quality standard decision of Akebia trifoliate in Guizhou.The results showed that total ash content in rattan and peel of Akebia trifoliate meets the standard of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2005 edition)but there is obvious difference among different producing areas,mean acid-insoluble ash content in peel is higher than that in rattan,there are abundant mineral elements in rattan and peel,mean Cu content in rattan and peel is lowest,mean Ca content in rattan is highest,mean K content in peel is the highest and there is obvious difference in content of different mineral elements among different producing areas.Therefore,rational planning suitable production areas of planting Akebia trifoliate is of the important meaning to ensure quality of Akebia trifoliate in Guizhou.
