摘要
为探索不同品种金银花叶片对干旱环境的适应机理,为南方喀斯特地区植被恢复筛选耐旱植物提供科学依据,比较了干旱胁迫下不同品种金银花叶片水分状况。结果表明,干旱胁迫下各金银花叶水势均有所下降,但下降速度不同,叶片水分饱和亏缺都呈上升趋势,遵义金银花吸水抗旱力最强,山东金银花叶保水力最强,花溪1金银花保水力最小。叶片保水力与植物叶片发育、气孔相斜率密切相关,各金银花均属于低水势耐旱机理类型。
Water relationship of leaf blade of different Flos lonicerae cultivars were compared to explore the adaptation mechanisms to drought environments of different Flos lonicerae leaf blade and provide the scientific theoretical basis for drought-tolerant plant screening in South China Karst region.Results showed that the leaf water potential all declined at varying speed under drought stress and the water saturation deficit all increased.Drought resistance capacity of Zunyi Flos lonicerae was strongest,water-holding capacity of Shandong Flos lonicerae was the strongest and water-holding capacity of Huaxi 1 Flos lonicerae was relatively weak.The drought tolerance mechanism of all Flos lonicerae belongs to typical drought tolerance of dehydration postponement with low tissue water potential.
