摘要
为了解安顺市烟草主要病毒病发生种类及复合侵染情况,采用抗原直接包被ELISA法对安顺市烟区78个烟苗样品进行病毒检测。结果表明:安顺市烟草病毒病主要是TMV和CMV,阳性检出率为32.05%和12.38%;PVY发生较少,阳性检出率为2.56%;同时南江三号品种病毒检出率较高,TMV和CMV阳性检出率分别为50.00%和33.33%;在紫云县的8个烟草样品检出2个PVY阳性。
78 samples from tobacco planting areas were determined by ELISA to know species and complex infection condition of main tobacco virus diseases in Anshun city.The results showed that main tobacco virus diseases were TMV,CMV and PVY,the positive detection rate of TMV,CMV and PVY was 32.05%,12.38% and 2.56% respectively,the positive detection rate of TMV and CMV in Nanjiang 3 was 50.00% and 33.33%,and the positive detection rate of PVY was 25% in 8 samples from tobacco planting area of Ziyun county.
