摘要
以林地下的黄壤为载体,采用盆栽试验研究了Pb2+、Cd2+胁迫作用下接种蚯蚓、菌根菌以及二者联合接种状态下对植物修复的影响。结果表明,蚯蚓可显著提高植物地上部分的生物量,而接种菌根菌可提高植物体内重金属积累的浓度,二者联合作用下植物地上部分吸收的重金属总量最多,修复效率最高。可为植物修复进一步的研究与应用提供一定的科学依据。
The pot experiment was conducted to study the effect of earthworm,mycorrhizal fungi and combined action on phytoremediation of yellow soil from forest land under Pb2+ and Cd2+ stress.The results showed that earthworm could significantly increase above-ground biomass,the inoculated mycorrhizal fungi could increase accumulation concentration of heavy metals in plants,the total heavy metal amount absorbed by aerial part of plant was the highest under the combined action of earthworm and mycorrhizal fungi so the soil phytoremediation rate of the combined action was the higtest,which can provide certain scientific basis for research and application of soil phytoremediation.
