摘要
发酵床猪舍是结合现代微生物发酵处理技术提出的一种有效的生态环保猪舍。为了探究发酵床猪舍养猪的饲养效果,进行了发酵床猪舍对肉猪肥育性能及肉质的影响试验。结果表明,试验组与对照组(常规水泥地饲养)猪的平均日增重分别为620 g和613 g、料肉比分别为2.46和2.61,均无显著差异(P>0.05);在屠宰与肉质性状方面,试验组猪的眼肌面积、肉色和大理石纹指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。
The pigsty with fermentation function is an effective ecological environment friendly pigsty with modern microbial fermentation technology.The results from studying effects of the pigsty with fermentation function on growth performance and meat quality of hogs showed that the average daily gain and feed/meat ratio of the treatment group and CK group was 620g and 613g,2.46 and 2.61 respectively and there was no significant difference in average daily gain and feed-meat ratio between the treatment group and CK group,and the indexes of rib eye area,flesh color and meat marbling of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of CK group.
