重庆市农业全要素生产率分析:基于Malmquist指数方法

Analysis on Agricultural Total Factor Productivity Based on Malmquist Index Method in Chongqing

运用非参数Malmquist指数法,对2000-2006年重庆市县域层面上的农业全要素生产率的变动趋势和构成进行了分析。结果表明:2000-2006年期间重庆市农业全要素生产率年均增长率为4.0%,其中,农业技术效率变化指数年均增长率为5.0%,而农业技术进步指数反而年均下降1.0%;重庆市农业全要素生产率的增长主要来自于技术效率的改善而非农业技术的进步。重庆市要提高农业生产率,增强农业可持续发展能力,应根据自身特点和发展需要,优化投入结构和规模,加强和加快农业技术的研发能力,改革和完善农业技术推广体系,提高农村人力资本质量,继续加强农业基础设施建设。

The variation trend and components of agricultural total factor productivity of different counties in Chongqing from 2000 to 2006 were analyzed by Malmquist index method.The results showed that the average annual growth rate of agricultural total factor productivity was 4.0%,the average annual growth rate of variation index of agricultural technical efficiency was 5.0% and the index of agricultural technical progress averagely decreased by 1.0% annually,and the growth of agricultural total factor productivity mainly depended on improvement of technical efficiency in Chongqing.Therefore,Chongqing should strengthen and accelerate agricultural technology research and development capabilities,optimize input structure and scale,reform and perfect agricultural technology extension system,improve the quality of rural human capital and continuously strengthen agricultural infrastructure construction according to its own characteristics and development needs to raise the agricultural productivity and enhance agricultural sustainable development ability.
