垂钻系统液压纠斜单元试验研究

摘要 结合小直径垂直钻井系统的工作原理和特殊工作环境,设计了一套基于独立液压动力组件、螺纹插装阀和超薄液压缸的垂钻系统液压纠斜单元,并在不同压力和工况下,完成对其工作性能的测试,验证了设计方案的可行性,为小直径垂钻系统的应用打下了基础。 In combination with the operation principle and special working surroundings of small-diametered vertical drilling system,a hydraulic system used for vertical drilling system against borehole deviation was designed,which consisted of a independent hydraulic power unit,screw-in cartridge valves and super thin hydraulic cylinder.In various pressures and working conditions,the tests for the system operation performance were carried out.The design scheme proves to be feasible,which makes foundation for its application to the vertical drilling system.
