摘要
分析了输送乳化炸药基质螺杆泵联轴器同轴度误差与安全性的关系,回顾了同轴度的常规检验方法和影响误差因素,研究运用双表组合测量法对乳化炸药螺杆泵联轴器同轴度进行检验,总结出建立检验系统和处理数据的方法,并给出螺杆泵联轴器的最大偏移量与轴的转速、联轴器的类型及2个半联轴器间距之间的经验关系,弥补无此国家标准的缺陷。实践表明,该方法简单实用,对于提高校验精度和炸药设备安全性具有重要的意义。
The relationship of coaxality error of shaft coupling and safety of screw pump conveying emulsion explosives was analyzed,and conventional coaxality measurements and factors resulting in the error were reviewed.The study on application of dual-meter combination measurement to the inspection of the coaxality of the shaft coupling of screw pump conveying emulsion explosives was conducted.The methods of establishing inspection system and processing data were offered,and the experiential relationship between maximum coupling offset of screw pump and shaft rotary speed,as well as the experiential relationship between shaft coupling style and two and half coupling distance were provided,which made up the deficiency in national standard.The measurement proves to be simple and practical by practices,and has significance for the improvement of calibration precision and safety of devices used for explosives.
